Introducing Elle Rudisill
Your Personal Injury Attorney
Elle Rudisill is a dedicated Florida trial attorney and the founder of Elle Rudisill Law Firm, a boutique personal injury practice serving clients throughout the Tampa Bay area. With a deep commitment to justice and client advocacy, Elle focuses exclusively on helping individuals and families recover fair compensation after serious injuries caused by negligence.
Elle’s legal foundation began with a remarkable academic record. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Florida Honors College with dual majors in Management and Marketing and a minor in International Business. She went on to earn both her Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stetson University College of Law, where she attended on full-merit scholarship.
After law school, Elle sharpened her litigation skills as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit, where she prosecuted a high volume of cases and gained extensive courtroom experience. This role provided her with a strong command of trial strategy, evidence preparation, jury presentation, and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
Today, Elle uses that trial experience to represent injured clients with the same relentless preparation and focus. At her firm, she personally oversees every case to ensure that clients receive individualized attention and effective advocacy. Elle’s practice areas include car and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall injuries, negligent security claims, and all forms of serious injury matters.
Known for clear communication, strategic negotiation, and a client-first philosophy, Elle guides her clients through the legal process with empathy and transparency. She believes that every person who has suffered an injury deserves respect, understanding, and aggressive legal support — without feeling overwhelmed by paperwork, deadlines, or insurance company tactics.
Licensed to practice law in Florida since 2013, Elle is deeply rooted in the Tampa Bay community. Her commitment to public service extends beyond the courtroom, and she remains actively engaged in local initiatives that support well-being and safety for all residents.

Do I need a lawyer after a car accident?
While not legally required, it is highly beneficial to hire an attorney after a car accident. A lawyer protects your rights, manages insurance negotiations, and works to maximize your compensation.
What if I’m scared to take action?
It is normal to feel that way, but taking action early protects your rights and preserves your case.
Is it ever too late to contact a lawyer?
Yes. In Florida, most car accident cases are subject to a 2-year statute of limitations. In many situations, failing to receive medical treatment within a year can also severely impact your claim. Certain exceptions may apply.
Can I talk to a lawyer before filing an insurance claim?
Yes. You can — and often should — consult a lawyer before filing a claim to avoid statements that could be used against you.
What if I’m not sure I have a case?
An attorney can evaluate your situation and tell you whether you have a viable claim. If appropriate, they will negotiate directly with the insurance adjuster on your behalf.
What if I already started an insurance claim?
You may hire an attorney at any time — up until you accept a settlement payment.
What if I already accepted an offer?
If you accepted money without signing a release or waiver, you may still have a claim.
Can a lawyer increase my settlement?
There is no guarantee, but most cases result in higher settlements when an experienced attorney is involved.
How much more can a lawyer get me?
There is no fixed amount, but settlements are often several times higher than what unrepresented individuals receive.
